with Zionsville’s First Pride Festival

Zionsville Pride is a grassroots celebration of love, identity, and community — and we need your help to bring it to life. Whether you're a local business, an individual looking to give back, or simply a supporter who believes in inclusion and visibility, there’s a way for you to get involved.

Zionsville Pride is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

1. Become a Sponsor

Support our mission and help us cover the costs of hosting a safe, joyful, and inclusive Pride Festival.

  • Sponsorship levels available for all budgets

  • Recognition on our website, signage, t-shirts, and social media

  • Show your community you stand with LGBTQIA+ Hoosiers in your community

  • Sponsorships are tax-deductible

2. Apply as a Vendor

Are you a small business, artist, nonprofit, or community group? Join our event as a vendor and connect with hundreds of attendees.

  • Food trucks, handmade goods, services, and info booths all welcome

  • Priority given to LGBTQIA+ owned and affirming businesses

  • Affordable booth fees and strong community engagement

  • Portion of vendor fees directly support queer nonprofit organization

3. Volunteer

Pride doesn’t happen without people pitching in. We need folks for setup, breakdown, welcome tables, kid-friendly activities, and more.

  • Flexible shifts

  • All ages and experience levels welcome

  • Great for teens, families, school groups, and individuals

4. Contribute to the Wish List

We’re also looking for donated supplies and creative hands-on help to bring our festival spaces to life! Whether you're crafty, resourceful, or just willing to pitch in, check out our Wish List to see where you can help.

  • Build or donate supplies for selfie stations, art projects, and balloon arches

  • Help staff kids’ crafts, face painting, or outdoor games

  • Provide quiet area supplies like bean bags, yoga mats, and knitting materials

  • Donate snacks, cases of water, or volunteer to help with setup and cleanup

5. Donate

Support Zionsville Pride by making a financial contribution of any size.

  • Every dollar helps fund entertainment, equipment, permits, and more

  • Donors will be listed as Friends of Zionsville Pride (unless you prefer to remain anonymous)

  • All donations are tax-deductible through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status
