Load-In: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Set-Up Deadline: 12:30 PM
Event Opens to the Public: 1:00 PM
Vendor Closing Time: 6:00 PM
Tear-Down Complete By: 8:30 PM
Booth Details
Booth Size: One 10' × 10' space
Equipment Provided: None
Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, and electricity
All cords must be safely secured and covered without impacting accessibility
Parking & Load-In
Vendors may unload in the designated lot near the event
All vehicles must be moved to the back lot by 12:00 PM to preserve ADA-accessible parking
Safety Requirements
All pop-up tents must be secured with at least 40lbs of weight
Tents must display a visible flame-retardant certification label
VENDOR TYPES & FEES
Note: This year, the venue’s Board of Directors has implemented a new policy requiring retail vendors to remit 10% of their gross sales to Zionsville Parks and Recreation. We recognize that this may place a meaningful strain on small businesses—particularly small queer-owned businesses navigating ongoing challenges. To help offset this impact, The Lovely Dev has generously offered to sponsor our vendors by covering vendor fees.
Non-Profit ($0): For registered 501(c)3s promoting their mission/services (donation appreciated)
Retail Vendor ($125): For businesses, artists, and creators selling products or services
Food Vendor ($150): For food and beverage vendors (must provide your own generator)

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
If selected, you must sign a Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct and submit the following, by June 12, 2026, to participate:
Certificate of Insurance
Food license (if applicable)
Non-profit status (if applicable)
*Incomplete applications, missing documents, or late payments will not be guaranteed a space.
